This program is designed to equip students with the English language and cultural proficiency in order to use their already existing knowledge, training or skills in pursuit of an occupation. A secondary purpose is to improve the communication skills of international students in both the work force and in society. The ESL classes offered at ICC are designed to help students attain academic knowledge, comprehension, and/or fluency in American English.
